Nanika means Something

何か means something in Japanese. When you want to say I want to eat something you can use 何か.

Nanimo means Nothing

When you want to say nothing or not anything, you would use 何も.

You can also say He didn’t say anything useful like this,

彼は何もやくつことを言わなかった

何も is used always with the negative form or ない.

Nandemo means Anything

If you simply want to say that anything is ok, you would say 何でも.

何でもいいよ
Anything is ok

Nandemo kandemo means Anything and Everything

何でもかんでも means Anything and Everything. For example, if you know someone that blames everything on others you could say something like to following.

Nantonaku means For some Reason

何となく means for some reason or somehow. If you see someone suspicious for example.

あの人は何となくあやしい

Or, if you just ate but do not feel quite full you could say the following.
