九月 – What is September in Japanese?
September in Japanese is not too hard to remember. As long as you remember that it is the ninth month then you are all set! Just add 9 to the Kanji for moon. I’ll explain more below.

Basically, in order to say September in Japanese, just remember the number nine and the kanji character for moon. 9 in Japanese is ku or 九. So you can also write September as 九月 in Japanese.
