There are many different Japanese summer fruits. For example, apricots, figs, cherries, watermelon, yuzu, plums and peaches. Here is when they are in season and how to say them in Japanese

杏子 Anzu (Apricot), June and July
Anzu are apricots and in Japan they are in season from June to July. Here are a few ideas of what people may use Anzu to make at CookPad.

スイカ Suika(Watermelon), May to August
Watermelon like in the United States are popular in summer in Japan. They are called Suika in Japanese an available from May to August. Check out some recipes here.
柚子 Yuzu, July and August
Another type of Japanese summer fruits are yuzu. Yuzu are a type of citrus fruit available in Japan. They are in season from July to August. You can find ways to use Yuzu at Rakuten.
スモモ Sumomo (Plum), June to September
Sumomo is a type of Japanese plum. It is in season from June to September. Here are some more ideas on how to prepare Sumomo here.
桃 Momo (Peach), June to September
